Self-ban: Is a tool provided for those individuals who realize that they have a gambling problem but also realize that they need help staying out of the casinos.

Self-ban Process:

• The individual must fill out a self-ban application (download). They must choose the duration of their ban (6 months, 1 year, or indefinite). 
• Must provide a copy of their drivers license
• Be willing to have their picture taken
• Individual must understand that under no circumstance will the ban be lifted.

Restrictions:

• Individuals are not allowed into the casinos, however they may visit all other parts of the resort
• Individuals will be removed from the direct marketing mail list
• May not be allowed to participate in the Players Club
• Will be refused check cashing and ATM use
